Summer Hydration Tip #6 of 8: Grapefruit

Let's here it for GRAPEFRUIT! I know most of us would first think of oranges when it comes to citrus fruits, but the glorious grapefruit has more water content than the ordinary orange: 91%! Here are some fun facts about grapefruit:

  • They're 91% water

  • A small grapefruit contains about:

    • 76% of your daily requirement of Vitamin C

    • 6% of your daily requirement of potassium; and

    • has 2.2 grams of fiber
