Let's here it for GRAPEFRUIT! I know most of us would first think of oranges when it comes to citrus fruits, but the glorious grapefruit has more water content than the ordinary orange: 91%! Here are some fun facts about grapefruit:

76% of your daily requirement of Vitamin C
6% of your daily requirement of potassium; and
has 2.2 grams of fiber
