Let's here it for TOMATOES! Most of us remember the old jazz standard: "Let's Call the Whole Thing Off." (You know: tomatoes, tomahtoes; potatoes, potahtoes.) Well, here are some fun facts about healthy, juicy tomatoes:

  • They're 94% water

  • They're a good source of heart-healthy lycopene (helps to prevent cell damage), potassium (an increase in potassium may mean a decrease in blood pressure, and vitamin C

  • There's only 18 calories in a small tomato

  • They're a good source of fiber
