Let's here it for ORANGES!

Ok - time for a knock-knock joke:

Knock-Knock. Who's there?

Banana. Banana who?

Knock-Knock. Who's there?

Banana. Banana who?

Knock-Knock. Who's there?

Orange. Orange who?

Orange you glad I didn't say banana???

And now for a look at why oranges are good for us, hydration and otherwise:

  • They're 87% water

  • A medium orange contains about:

    • 78% of your daily requirement of Vitamin C

    • 5% of your daily requirement of potassium; and

    • 3 grams of fiber (about 11% of your daily requirement)

Click here for some interesting tidbits about the orange, then grab an orange or 2 and ENJOY!
